This Scandinavian-inspired cabin is a magical place to gather with friends, relax in solitude, or even rent out as a luxury glamping spot. Made in Lithuania from high quality Scandinavian pine (a hardwood), 15-year professional shingles, and double-paned glass windows, the Kota is built to last. Thank you for your interest in our KOTA Grill House. This is a very high quality product from Germany – made from Scandinavian pine which 10x denser than American pine. The 100 sq.ft. unit weighs about 3,000 lbs.
The unit is big enough to sit 9 adults around the grill or 3 adults to sleep.
You are lucky we do have some contractors(who live in your area), who have assembled one of these twice before, and would be able to do so for you. You would need to confirm with them, but I expect they would charge $2,500 – 3,000. However, this does not include the foundation work. I do not know if they can do the foundation.
We offer 2 sizes: 99 and 129 sq.ft.
