EXACO USA LTD Division

Since the late 1980s, our Company’s EXACO USA LTD. division has produced and distributed the spiral mixing blade to the USA market. Andrew Cook had found the product in Germany and knew it wasn’t in the USA market, so he introduced it to major home center chains and its unique design caught on. EXACO USA now distributes it to major home center chains and tool catalogs, and specialty users buy it for kits to mix resins, paints, concretes and other materials. It is a steel blade that goes into the shaft of a drill, much like a ‘cookie dough blender blade.’ The design allows paint and other materials to be mixed vertically. Exaco USA produces six sizes, ranging up to 30 inches in length.

For 30 years this division of EXACO has had a special relationship with VRC Industries, a division of Austin State Supported Living Center, a sheltered workshop for adults with mental disabilities. Their clients card, cap and package in boxes paint mixing blades going onto retailer shelves. We are proud to tailor our operations to help provide needed job to this very special group of Americans with Disabilities.
