Nelke 4 Pro Greenhouse

Designed and built in Germany with enthusiastic gardeners in mind, the Nelke greenhouse blends cutting-edge design with timeless sophistication, creating an ideal space for nurturing plants. This new design by KGT/Hoklartherm features their rugged aluminum extruded framing and the extra insulation of 16mm triple wall polycarbonate glazing. This is the same material that has been used for the Riga XL model for years and is perfect for all year growing – even in cold and snowy areas.

This greenhouse will be a workhorse, but in a pleasing A frame style that features a powder-coated aluminum frame in a modern anthracite color. Optional decorative roof cresting is available as well and makes a handsome statement.

Efficient ventilation is a hallmark of the Nelke. The split hinged door and generously sized roof vents, with automatic openers to provide optimal air circulation. A rear wall window equipped with a manual opener enhances the system, providing a well-rounded solution for airflow. The Exaco-exclusive extra wide 38" ADA friendly Dutch barn style door (71" tall) has an advanced locking handle system that will hold up over time.

For additional strength in extreme weather, we include collar beam turnbuckle cross supports for the roof framework to increase snow handling capacity (sandbag tested in our showroom at 2,000 lbs!). Rubber gasket seals at the top and bottom of the roof panels add insulation as well. These are features exclusive to the Nelke Pro version from Exaco.

The strong aluminum extruded frame, thick 16mm triple wall polycarbonate panels enclosed in the framing, reliable bolt and channel connection technology ensures remarkable strength and longevity, while the omission of plastic moldings enhances both its visual appeal and structural integrity. The Nelke is a durable long-lasting, high-performance choice with attention given for use in areas with heavy winter precipitation and regular snowfall.

The German engineered and manufactured Nelke greenhouse offers more than just a space for plants; it provides a comfortable standing height, enabling upright gardening for effortless sowing and plant care. Its 16-mm Triple Wall Polycarbonate panels deliver exceptional insulation and utilize UV blocker infused directly into the panel material (as opposed to a film coating) supporting healthy growth even in colder climates.

Nelke Pro 4 Specifications: 9’8” W x 14' long (4 panels) with a peak height of 8’ and 5’3” high sidewalls. It includes 2 roof vents with auto openers, 38” extra wide split front door with lockable handle, 1 rear wall window, gutters and downspouts.
