The Ms. Tumbles Compost Tumbler makes composting approachable for gardeners who want an easier alternative to manually mixing organic waste in a traditional compost bin. With a 130-liter / 35-gallon capacity and compact footprint, it’s particularly well suited for small yards, patios, and home gardens.

Instead of digging into a compost pile with a garden fork, simply rotate the ball-style tumbler to mix the materials inside. Regular turning helps distribute kitchen scraps, garden waste, green materials, and brown materials while introducing the oxygen needed to support the composting process.

A large access door provides plenty of room for adding food scraps, leaves, grass clippings, and other appropriate compostable materials. The generous opening also makes it easier to access and remove finished compost when it’s ready for use in garden beds, raised beds, planters, and around landscape plants.

Ms. Tumbles also features a leachate collection system with a drain hose and control valve. The collected liquid should be drained regularly to prevent the composter from overflowing. For garden use, the leachate can be diluted at a ratio of approximately 10 parts water to 1 part leachate to create a liquid compost solution commonly referred to as compost tea.

Made from recycled plastic, the durable rotating barrel is supported by a sturdy stand that keeps the compost tumbler elevated for convenient access and turning. Its enclosed design also provides a cleaner, more contained approach to backyard composting than an open compost pile.
