Kim Tyson Cook spent two decades writing on business issues for the Austin American-Statesman before bringing her experience, curiosity, and gift for connecting with people to Exaco. Through the years, she has kept handwritten notes, stayed in touch with greenhouse owners, and remembered the stories and details behind gardens across the country. Whether finding a long-buried resource, recalling the history of a greenhouse, or reconnecting with a customer from years ago, Kim has helped turn Exaco from a company into a community.
Andrew, a native of Rotterdam, studied agricultural economics and is a graduate of the Royal Agricultural University in England, Texas A&M University, and Cornell University. Drawing on his European roots, industry knowledge, and longstanding business relationships, Andrew brought innovative European products to the American market and has been at the heart of making Exaco what it is today. His passion for environmental preservation, quality products, and sustainable gardening has made Exaco a trusted source for gardeners for more than 38 years.
